Refund policy

Our products are digital and are delivered straight after payment.

Digital purchases are final once delivered

At checkout we ask you to agree that your download can start immediately and to acknowledge that you then lose the usual 14-day right to cancel that applies in the UK and EU. Once your files have been delivered, we don't offer refunds for a change of mind or an accidental purchase.

Faulty or wrong files

Your legal rights aren't affected. If a file won't download, is damaged, or isn't what was described, email hello@pengroove.com with your order email and we'll send a working copy. If we can't fix it, we'll refund you.

Before you've downloaded

If you change your mind before agreeing to immediate access or before your files are delivered, contact us and we'll cancel the order and refund you in full.
